Send Us Film / Drop-Off
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to send us film. If you are in the Nashville area you can also drop-off film at the lab using the dropbox located by the front door, 800 Tall Oak Trl Mount Juliet, TN 37122.
Processing / Scanning
We will then process your order and deliver hi-res scans straight to your inbox via Amazon S3 download.
If you choose to return your negatives, we will ship them back shortly after your order is complete. We can also hold them and ship together with future orders.
Different Film FormatsWe can process any film from 35mm up to 4×5, even rare formats such as 126, 130, 110, and Disc film. No matter what film format you’re using, we take a careful, detail-oriented approach when scanning and processing your film. We treat all film that is brought to us as if it were our own, and you can expect beautifully edited images at the end of the process.

Do you offer rush turnaround?
Yes. We can offer a 2 day delivery for 50% and 1 day delivery for 100% of the order total. Select these options at checkout.
What file format do you use?
Normally we deliver scans in JPG format @ 300dpi. However, we can also offer TIFF files for $10 per order. Due to the large file size, we request that you provide a USB thumb drive or hard drive. Select this option at checkout.
Can you push or pull Film?
Yes! We offer this service at no extra charge for B&W and C-41 films.
